British high fashion brand DAKS announced that its 2019 spring and summer fashion show will be the first to participate in the 2019 spring and summer Shanghai Fashion Week held in October.
This spring and summer fashion show will kick off a series of celebrations for the 125th anniversary of the brand. On the occasion of the 125th anniversary of the founding of the company, creative director Fillipo Scuffi will fly to Shanghai for the first time to attend the brand 2019 spring and summer fashion show. At the fashion show, men’s and women’s wears are also on the scene, and fashion brings new styles to the 70s style, subtly blending classics and fashion. This season's design combines new concepts, materials and colors to showcase the essence of British fashion elegance, while adhering to the brand's philosophy and fashion aesthetics. The colors of the new season are dominated by bright colors ranging from lemon yellow to jungle green, orange to pink tones, and elegant light blue and sea green. The eye-catching prints are also a highlight, from flowers to pictures, and the iconic patterns of the 70s. The unique range uses a wide range of materials including chiffon, georgette, silk and soft cotton. The knit series is a blend of cotton and premium pure cashmere. The jacquard design of the knitwear also shows a strong visual effect.
Handbags and matching the main colours of the collection and the use of exclusive leather, canvas and raffia, add a touch of summer and enhance the texture. In addition, the color-coded resin-plastic wrist strap and neck strap show the Z-eye visual effect.
