Q1. Do you charge for design work?
A: At MEGAHILL, all our designs free of charge.
Q2. Are there any limitations with color?
A: No, with our dye sublimation process on orders less than 1000 pieces, there are no limitations on the number of colors you can use in your design and price is not affected by the number of colors used.
Q3. Are there any blank templates can be offer?
A: Yes, off course. For blank templates, please contact us.
Q4. How long will it take to receive my order?
A: MEGAHILLÂ has one of the fastest delivery times for technical apparel.
Only 3-5 business days for sample after you place the order.
Only 1-2 weeks from the day you place your order through our custom specialist or the online store. If you are ordering a Personal Kit, you'll get it 1 week after you place the order. You'll be out riding in no time.
Q5. How do I place the actual order?
A: Once the artwork is approved, send us your order detail quantity and sizes. Our custom specialist will send Invoice to you via e-mail which you can see all the order details in it.
